SINCE 2019
Where it all began. Each year, hundreds of Somali professionals gather in Minneapolis — the cultural capital of the North American diaspora — for three days of keynotes, networking, and homecoming. The MN edition has welcomed delegates from 24 US states and 5 countries, and it remains the heartbeat of the SNABPI movement.
Built one Minneapolis winter at a time.

"SNABPI gave me something I had never experienced before — a global community of Somali professionals who share not only my background, but also my vision for change."
